米糊豆浆杂粮粥的养生密码
简单易做的养生米糊
将五谷杂粮等磨成粉面之后,加水煮至糊化,形成的具有一定黏度和稠度的半固态物质即为
米糊。因为米糊介于干性和水性之间,口感细腻,容易吸收,所以常作为婴幼儿、老年人、胃肠虚弱者的滋补食物。不过米糊也并非体虚者的专属,米糊中加入适当的果蔬、坚果等做成简易而营养的早餐,也绝对不失为一项明智之举。
与其他饮食相比,米糊具有以下优势。
1.营养均衡 米糊以米类、豆薯类为主,可选择的材料有大米、小米、糙米、各种豆类、红薯、紫薯
等,既可单一食用,也可随意搭配,还可根据营养互补和个人口味添加适当的应季水果、蔬菜以及肉、奶、蛋等。总之,只要符合营养搭配原则,就可以随意添加其他食物,保证营养均衡。
2. 简单省时 随着各类米糊机、豆浆机的问世和不断改进,只需将准备打磨的食材放入机器内,加入适量水,轻轻按下开关,5~10 分钟后,一碗热腾腾的米糊就做好了,简单快速的做法足以跟上现代人匆忙的步调。
3.容易吸收 现在许多人因为久坐、少运动的原因,胃肠消化能力明显下降,即使正常饮食也经常出现消化不良的症状。虽然这并不意味着脾胃虚弱者应把米糊当主食,但如果将其作为早餐或夜宵,的确是不错的选择。
流传千年的养生豆浆
豆浆是深受大家喜爱的一种饮品,也是一种老少皆宜的营养食品,享有“植物奶”的美誉。随着豆浆营养价值的广为传播,关于豆浆所承载的历史文化,也引起了人们的关注。我们祖祖辈辈都在食用的豆浆,它的来历究竟是怎样的呢?相传,豆浆是由西汉时期的刘安创造的。淮南王刘安很孝顺,有一次他的母亲患病,他请了很多医生,用了很多药,母亲的病总是不见起色。慢慢地,他母亲的胃口变
得越来越差,还出现了吞咽食物困难的现象。刘安看在眼里,急在心头。因为他的母亲很喜欢吃黄豆,但由于黄豆相对较硬,吃完之后不好消化,所以刘安每天把黄豆磨成粉状,再用水冲泡,以方便母亲食用,这就是豆浆的雏形。或许是因为豆浆的养生功效,又或者是因为刘安的孝心感动了上天,其母亲在喝了豆浆之后,身体逐渐好转起来。后来,这道因为孝心而成的神奇饮品,就在民间流传开来。
